Honored to be Invited to Planet Comicon

AOART5 Studio is honored to announce that for the third year in a row, one of KC’s premier sports artist and native of KCK, Anthony “AO” Oropeza, will be a Guest Creator at Planet Comicon!

Planet Comicon plans to entertain over 50,000 comic book and pop culture fans, freaks and geeks. The will all emerge on to the KCMO Bartle Hall floor to celebrate and share a common love for their fandom and for the love of Planet Comicon!

AO will be at the show all three days Friday, Saturday and Sunday. He will have a limited number of prints from his catalog of artwork, examples of his work and one or two of his originals he will paint live.

Planet Comicon is notoriously known for its Hollywood and comic book industry guests, various discussion panels, celebrity signings and photo opps, and its hundreds of cos players and costume contests.

Come Meet and Chat with AO at Planet Comicon

AO will have a collection of examples of his work and one or two originals and (WIPs) works-in-progress on display at this monumental event so Chiefs and Royals fans of all ages can visit, view, purchase and chat about the work.  AO will be there to discuss his process and how it works to obtain your own “AO Original” for your man-cave, woman-cave or any part of your living space.

AO will have print specials and will also available to chat and discuss his work with young and new artists interested in a career in art.
